Wells Fargo Securities Careers

Diversity is absolutely integral to Wells Fargo's vision, strategy, and continued success. We believe that diverse team members help us tap creativity and energy, as well as enable us to respond faster to our customers' changing needs. We make every effort to attract diverse students to our summer internship programs and full-time job opportunities. We have several formal programs designed to promote diversity at Wells Fargo Securities (WFS).

Sophomore Diversity Summit

Each spring, we invite top sophomore undergraduates to Charlotte for a three-day program designed to introduce them to careers at Wells Fargo Securities. In addition, they have the opportunity to meet with senior WFS management and professionals from different divisions and to attend information sessions, panels, and networking events.

The Sophomore Diversity Summit is open to all interested sophomore parties, inclusive of underrepresented college sophomores (African American, Hispanic/ Latino American, LGBT, and women), currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in any major. Please check back in the fall for information on how to apply.

Wells Fargo Securities will pay all travel and lodging expenses for selected applicants.

Pre-MBA Women's Forum

Each summer, we host rising first-year female MBA students who are interested in financial services for a two-day forum. This event is intended to broaden the students' understanding of the financial services industry and to introduce them to career opportunities in investment banking at Wells Fargo Securities.
